We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee and manage various HR and administrative tasks

• Administer onboarding of new hires.
• Handle employee relations issues and offer guidance and support to managers and staff.
• Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to both employees and managers.
• Provide HR metrics and reports to management for informed decision-making.
• Oversee employee onboarding processes for clients from both government and private sectors.
• Track and manage the database for onboarding employees.
• Handle all aspects of the onboarding process, including offer letters, visa or work permit processing, and employee induction preparation.
• Initiate and manage visa processes, MOL procedures, visa stamping, and related tasks.
• Provide HR letters as requested by employees.
• Address employee queries and concerns effectively.
• IT /ELV system knowledge will be an advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience as HR, Bachelor's degree/ Masters in Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred,
