Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 5 years experience, technically sound Senior Video Editor with deep expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and advanced post-production workflows. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in motion design, color grading, audio mastering, and high-volume social content adaptation.
This role will play a pivotal role in curating digital-first video narratives, with a focus on quality,
performance, and visual excellence — especially within the real estate sector.
Core Responsibilities:
- Edit high-volume video content (short-form & long-form) for social, digital ads, YouTube, and
events
- Perform multi-layer compositing green screen cleanup, keying, rotoscoping, and motion
tracking
- Create advanced motion graphics templates (MOGRT) using After Effects
- Sync audio, apply sound effects, mix dialogue, and manage sound mastering using Adobe
Audition
- Execute color correction and cinematic grading (LUTs, scopes, HDR workflows if needed)
- Adapt source footage to platform-specific ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, etc.) with visual
coherence
- Collaborate with videographers, 3D/CGI team, and graphic designers on post-production
pipelines
- Maintain project archiving, asset management, and adherence to editing standards
- Create YouTube-ready outputs with intros, outros, CTA overlays, captions, and branded
animations
Required Skills & Tools:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with dynamic link workflows (Premiere After Effects Audition)
- Strong skills in frame-by-frame animation, puppet tools, motion tracking
- Basic use of DaVinci Resolve for color workflows (ACES pipeline is a plus)
- Familiarity with project templates, render settings, proxy workflows, and VFR footage handling
- Demonstrated knowledge of editing for engagement and retention on platforms like TikTok,
YouTube, Instagram
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Prior experience in real estate or architectural video editing
- Familiarity with CGI/3D rendering integration (e.g. integrating flythroughs, exterior visuals)
- Basic experience with Cinema 4D / Blender for camera movements or scene match
- Experience editing YouTube series, real estate explainers, walkthroughs, and lifestyle ads
- Ability to script visual sequences with minimal input
- Knowledge of compression formats, codecs, and export presets for digital platforms
- Bonus: Understanding of AR/VR video frameworks or 360° virtual tours
KPIs / Outcomes:
- Efficient delivery of daily/weekly content with minimal revision loops
- High engagement metrics on video-first campaigns (retention, CTR, view-through rates)
