Job Description

1. Follow-up and assist with all administrative aspects of externally funded projects during pre-award and post-award stages.
2. Support research and consulting teams with trip arrangements and related logistics.
3. Assist in processing security permits for restricted area access.
4. Help prepare quarterly and annual reports for eFORS.
5. Participate in administrative and technical meetings during the formulation and implementation of R&D initiatives.
6. Assist in preparing the University's participation in major international exhibitions organized by eFORS.
7. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Executive Director of eFORS.

• Bachelor's Degree with strong interpersonal and public communication skills.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Photoshop (if possible).
