We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and drive our integrated marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. This role requires strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and multi-channel campaign execution with a particular focus on email, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
- Develop and manage email sequences and automation workflows tailored to different customer segments.
- Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns including audience targeting messaging and performance tracking.
- Execute email marketing campaigns (Zoho) including design scheduling A/B testing and analytics review.
- Oversee YouTube content strategy including briefing scripting scheduling and performance reporting.
- Build test and optimize marketing automation flows using Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Maintain and oversee CRM hygiene and pipeline data accuracy (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Collaborate with sales to review lead qualification criteria regularly and ensure proper lead nurturing.
- Manage and update segmented contact lists for targeted campaigns.
- Leverage analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and lead engagement.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Zoho CRM or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
- Experience in LinkedIn marketing and outreach.
- Familiarity with YouTube content production and platform management.
- Comfortable working with data tools and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication coordination skills.
