Persistence Labs is searching for a Creative Growth Marketer to elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and craft impactful, shareable content across platforms. This role will be pivotal in scaling our business by creating compelling social media posts, organizing engaging events, and fostering vibrant communities. The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in the DeFi space, particularly within the Bitcoin ecosystem, and possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for growth hacking.

• Drive Community Engagement: Build and sustain active, engaging communities across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and emerging social platforms.
• Creative Content Creation: Generate hype by creating and distributing creative, highly shareable content that resonates with our audience. From clever memes to insightful threads - find a way to get attention.
• Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute community events, AMAs, and interactive webinars, creating exciting connections with Persistence Labs.
• Social Media Mastery: Develop a consistent, authentic, and impactful social media presence. Stay agile and on-trend to create conversations that matter in the DeFi and Bitcoin spaces.
• Collaborative Growth Hacking: Partner with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators in DeFi and Bitcoin to extend our reach and boost brand credibility.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor engagement metrics, analyze trends, and adapt strategies based on performance insights to maximize reach and community impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in the DeFi, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Creative storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Excellent thinking, task management, and communication skills.
• Exhibit curiosity and hunger to learn about DeFi & Growth.
• Bonus: Strong understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Persistence Labs is a team of 20+ highly motivated and skilled individuals working towards a common goal. The team has a total of 4 functions across each product team - Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development. In addition, Persistence Labs has a corporate team responsible for Legal, Compliance, Operations and Finance.
