We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Graduate to Senior Urban Planner UAE National Onlyto join our growing planning and design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for Emirati graduates to contribute to shaping the future of our cities—creating vibrant, sustainable, and people communities that reflect the UAE’s national vision and cultural identity.

Overview

As a Graduate Urban Planner, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support planning studies, data analysis, and design concepts for master plans, community developments, and infrastructure projects across the region.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of urban, regional, and master plans, including data collection, spatial analysis, and design layouts.
  • Assist in developing land use plans, zoning frameworks, and sustainable urban planning development strategies.
  • Conduct site research, demographic and spatial data analysis, and contribute to planning reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and landscape designers.
  • Participate in stakeholder and client meetings, contributing to discussions with fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Use GIS, CAD, and visualization tools to produce maps, diagrams, and analytical outputs.
  • Stay informed on the latest urban planning trends, sustainability frameworks, and UAE planning policies.
About you

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Geography, or related discipline.
  • Strong interest in city development, sustainability, and smart growth principles.
  • Familiarity with planning and design software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to the UAE’s evolving urban landscape.

  • Internship or academic project experience in urban planning or city development.
  • Awareness of UAE Vision, sustainability goals, and urban development frameworks.
