Location:Dubai, UAE (Work from Pure Technology Office Pune, India initially, with potential relocation to Dubai)

Overview:

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with a robust sales background to join our team. This role involves converting leads provided by our Dubai office, targeting clients based in India.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the job role, with the possibility of relocation to our Dubai office for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with leads provided by our Dubai office and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives within defined timelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Hindi would be advantageous).
