With our headquarters in Ajman, we are expanding our regional presence and looking for a dynamic retail leader to drive excellence across all our stores.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Regional Retail Operations Manager to oversee our network of retail stores across the UAE.

This role goes beyond the day-to-day supervision of a single store and requires multi-store management, frequent site visits, and strategic brand engagement in both sales and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across all retail outlets in the region.
• Ensure consistent customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising strategies and execution across stores.
• Identify new retail opportunities and expansion strategies in the UAE.
• Support brand building through in-store and off-site events, activations, and collaborations.
• Coach, motivate, and manage store teams, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
• Regularly report on sales performance, stock levels, and store issues to senior management.
• Collaborate with HQ teams in Ajman at least once a week.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and UAE retail regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of retail experience, ideally in premium/luxury FMCG (chocolates, cosmetics, fashion, etc.)
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong background in visual merchandising.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
• Experience in brand event planning and execution is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across UAE and be based from stores.
