Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- 10+ years of construction experience with at least 7+ years in supervisory roles, including 2+ years in management or leadership positions.
- Previous welding supervision experience, preferably with automatic pipeline production.
- Experience in on-site and offshore pipeline construction, offshore marine construction.
- Familiarity with company scheduling programs.
- Proficiency in project and production reporting and management.
- Manpower planning experience.
- Background in industrial construction.
- Strong focus on safety, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Commitment to quality work standards and orientation.
- Knowledge of the energy efficiency industry.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a safety culture, integrating safety into all work activities.
- Recruit, train, assess, and manage welding personnel for onshore and offshore projects globally.
- Create and manage rotational plans, ensuring deployment of qualified personnel.
- Establish and maintain strict quality control standards for welding operations and personnel.
- Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and quality.
- Assist in resolving work problems and approve personnel actions.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Use reports to manage project scope and ensure successful project execution.
- Promote safety culture and ensure safety plans are followed.
- Manage project controls and costs daily.
- Demonstrate business acumen and understand change management processes.
- Complete daily reports and conduct risk management analyses.
- Oversee manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontract activities.
- Manage welder training, assessment, and handover processes.
