A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Trading Operations Manager to oversee all trading‑related operations within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices and more.

Responsibilities
As a Trading Operations Manager this role requires a deep understanding of trading platforms, market mechanics and client servicing. You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes ensuring risk and regulatory alignment and supporting business growth across regions.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily trading platform operations (e.g. MT4/MT5) ensuring uptime, performance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT, risk and support teams to maintain operational integrity and promptly resolve platform issues.
- Monitor key trading metrics such as execution quality, latency, slippage and system stability.
Platform & Product Management
- Collaborate with liquidity providers, platform vendors and internal tech teams to enhance product offerings and trading tools.
- Support the onboarding of new instruments and platform features.
- Execute the operational side of trading campaigns, new launches and localized product updates.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all processes align with regulatory, legal and internal compliance standards.
- Implement controls to manage operational risks around order routing, execution and pricing.
- Serve as the operational lead for audits, inspections and compliance‑related matters.
Data & Performance Insights
- Analyze trading data to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with analytics, retention and marketing teams to generate insights for trading behavior and campaign impact.
Team & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a small team of trading operations staff fostering a high‑performance, client‑centric culture.
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk and IT to ensure smooth delivery of trading services.
Requirements
Must‑Have
- 46 years of experience in trading operations, middle office or platform management within the FX/CFD industry.
- Solid understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms and experience with copy trading systems or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, execution workflows and post‑trade operations.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting trading performance and user behavior data. **
- Experience working in a global or multi‑regional team environment.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with CRMs, risk systems and ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA, Zendesk).
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as IMC, CFA or ACI are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
