Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Manager / COO with a proven track record of streamlining operations, implementing efficient systems, and managing diverse teams. You will lead a growing team of 9 staff members and work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead a team of 9 employees, comprising 3 senior and 6 junior staff members, fostering collaboration and mentorship.
• Design and implement internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Monitor operational budgets, ensuring alignment with the companys financial objectives.
• Evaluate existing operational strategies, proposing improvements to support growth and sustainability.
• Establish and track performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business continuity.
• Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork within the organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an operations or management role, preferably within the media, marketing, or service industries.
• Proven experience managing teams of varied seniority levels.
• Strong expertise in systems implementation, process optimisation, and operational strategy.
• Exceptional organisational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
