• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment of the project plan with execution strategies.
• Analyze and report on project performance, identify risks and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare time impact analysis for variations, claims, and delays.
• Support tender planning and provide input for project proposals and bid submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Lead planning efforts on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor junior planners as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead planning role.
• Strong command of planning software tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, critical path analysis, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Experience with delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims is preferred.
