The role focuses on anticipation, coordination, and early risk signalling to support predictable execution and informed capacity and investment decisions.

(Cross‑Functional Alignment)

  • Active participation in translating the 6‑month MW Build Plan into detailed offer-level and factory-level capacity requirements.
    • Help develop and maintain a coordinated capacity plan covering Prefab, UPS, Cooling, MV/LV, Busway
  • Drive visibility to respective stakeholders to provide 18-month to 5-year forward-looking capacity

  • Lead and orchestrate a light monthly SIOP cadence per C&SP Top strategic account.
  • Ensure structured alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and ETO & PS Factories.
  • Establish and run pursuit review governance for XXL Data Center deals, including sequencing and prioritization.
Risk Management & Early Warning
  • Identify and flag capacity risks, bottlenecks, and constraints (factory loading, critical components, engineering).
  • Proactively escalate early alerts to VP and leadership with mitigation options.
  • Maintain inventory reservation flags and constraints dashboards.
Strategic Enablement
  • Support leadership in long-term strategic trade-offs (make/buy, footprint, investments, sequencing).
