Job description
Overview

We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and resourceful Family Office Support Manager to provide comprehensive operational support to an ultra-high-net-worth principal.

This hands-on role focuses on managing day-to-day personal, property, and lifestyle needs, acting as a trusted problem-solver who can independently source providers, handle logistics, and execute tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, non-traditional environment requiring availability beyond standard hours, absolute confidentiality, and a "get-it-done" mindset.

This is not a conventional 9-6 role; expect irregular hours, travel, and responsiveness to ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee household operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of the principal\'s primary residence.
  • Manage rental properties, including negotiating lease agreements, handling tenant relations, processing bills and utilities, coordinating services, and preparing government documents as needed.
  • Support smaller personal ventures (e.g., hospitality or real estate interests) by identifying and liaising with service providers, real estate agents, banks, and submitting required government filings.
  • Maintain the principal\'s vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, registrations, insurance, and logistics for multiple cars and other vehicles.
  • Coordinate personal logistics such as visa renewals, travel arrangements, guest excursions, and family member requests.
  • Handle government filings, documentation requests, and administrative tasks across jurisdictions.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc purchasing needs, including sourcing, acquiring, selling, or storing items at the principal\'s direction.
  • Provide flexible support for family members\' operational requests, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a proactive fixer: independently research, engage vendors, and resolve issues related to properties, services, or personal matters.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in operational support, property management, or executive assistance in a high-net-worth or family office setting.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter who excels at hands-on problem-solving, vendor management, and logistics in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with expertise in property/lease administration, government compliance (UAE preferred), and personal concierge services.
  • Discretion and impeccable judgment; ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; multi-lingual preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial/admin tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license essential.
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., property management) advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay; discretionary bonus; healthcare.
