Job Title: Family Office Support Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (with flexibility for travel and on‑call availability) - The Principle lives in the Emirates Hills location and Office is Business Bay, on‑call support to be able to get to these location as required and promptly.

Reports to: UHNW Principle, Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and resourceful Family Office Support Manager to provide comprehensive operational support to an ultra‑high‑net‑worth principal. This hands‑on role focuses on managing day‑to‑day personal, property, and lifestyle needs, acting as a trusted problem‑solver who can independently source providers, handle logistics, and execute tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, non‑traditional environment requiring availability beyond standard hours, absolute confidentiality, and a “get‑it‑done” mindset. This is not a conventional 9‑6 role; expect irregular hours, travel, and responsiveness to ad‑hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee household operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of the principal's primary residence.
  • Manage rental properties, including negotiating lease agreements, handling tenant relations, processing bills and utilities, coordinating services, and preparing government documents as needed.
  • Support smaller personal ventures (e.g., hospitality or real estate interests) by identifying and liaising with service providers, real estate agents, banks, and submitting required government filings.
  • Maintain the principal's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, registrations, insurance, and logistics for multiple cars and other vehicles.
  • Coordinate personal logistics such as visa renewals, travel arrangements, guest excursions, and family member requests.
  • Handle government filings, documentation requests, and administrative tasks across jurisdictions.
  • Fulfill ad‑hoc purchasing needs, including sourcing, acquiring, selling, or storing items at the principal's direction.
  • Provide flexible support for family members’ operational requests, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a proactive fixer: independently research, engage vendors, and resolve issues related to properties, services, or personal matters.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operational support, property management, or executive assistance in a high‑net‑worth or family office setting.
  • Proven track record as a self‑starter who excels at hands‑on problem‑solving, vendor management, and logistics in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with expertise in property/lease administration, government compliance (UAE preferred), and personal concierge services.
  • Discretion and impeccable judgment; ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Multi‑Lingual preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial/admin tools
  • Valid UAE driving license essential.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., property management) advantageous.
