We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a production or manufacturing company and be proficient in using Zoho Books for day-to-day accounting tasks.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Monitor company expenses and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial laws.
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required.
• Generate and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments through Zoho Books.
• Maintain inventory accounting and cost control for production-related activities.
• Support management with financial analysis and insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a production/manufacturing company.
• Proficient in Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and local financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
