Job summary
A luxury resort chain in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star resort, proficiency in the Opera system, and strong networking skills. Multi-lingual candidates are preferred for enriching guests' experiences. The position offers opportunities for growth in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist for a 5 Star Resort in UAE.
- Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for guests.
- Promote the hotel facilities and enhance guest stays through up-selling.
