A leading fintech company in Dubai is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing function. The CMO will drive strategic growth through product positioning, multi-channel marketing, and a focus on customer acquisition. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in tech startups and a proven track record in product marketing. This role offers an opportunity to shape brand strategy and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Industry: FinTech
Report to: CEO
The CMO will own the end‑to‑end marketing function for a high‑growth fintech company, driving product‑led growth, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. The role is both strategic and hands‑on: setting vision, building a high‑performing team, and being close to the detail of campaigns, product launches, and customer journeys.
We are committed to inclusive hiring. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, and encourage those who are under‑represented in senior leadership and technology roles to apply.
Appointments are made on merit, based on skills, experience, and potential. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process – for example, flexible interview times, accessibility support, or alternative formats for assessments – please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you are excited by the role but are not sure you meet every single requirement, we would still be pleased to hear from you.
