Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Retail)

A Digital Marketing Manager leads all online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing social media Google Ads Meta Ads SEO and content strategies
  • Monitoring website traffic analytics and conversion rates
  • Overseeing e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels
  • Planning email marketing automation and CRM activities
  • Working with design content and media teams
  • Managing marketing budgets and optimizing ad performance
  • Building brand presence across digital channels
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing monthly performance reports
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in managing online campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in SEO SEM Google Ads Meta Ads email marketing and content strategy.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Search Console HubSpot Mailchimp CMS platforms and social media dashboards.
  • Ability to plan execute and optimize online campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads conversions and brand engagement.
  • Understanding of UX/UI website optimization and e-commerce funnels (if applicable).
