We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for the real estate development projects. This role is responsible for building the brand from the ground up, driving lead generation, and managing all aspects of marketing communications. The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate marketing, a strong network of agency partners, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy covering digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, project launches, exhibitions, and client activations.
  • Oversee regular market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Oversee PR strategy, including media relations, press releases, and brand reputation management.
  • Build the brand identity, positioning, and voice in alignment with the company’s vision and target audience.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for new developments and project launches.
Team & ProcessDevelopment
  • Build the marketing department from scratch — recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Lead Generation &Campaigns

  • Analyze customer data and product feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve project offerings.
