We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our post-sales operations for real estate developer clients. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of 20–25 professionals, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across RERA project registration, handover coordination, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize post-sales service delivery across all developer accounts.
• Manage and mentor 5–6 Senior Team Leaders and their respective teams.
• Ensure 100% compliance with turnaround times (TATs), SLAs, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate escalations and complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, audit processes, and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee billing cycles, TAS compliance, and financial documentation accuracy.
• Propose and implement workflow enhancements and automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in operational management (real estate or professional services preferred).
• Proven leadership in managing multilayered teams and high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations (especially RERA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
