Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its cluster hotels. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction while managing the Rooms department and guiding food and beverage operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Hotel Management and at least 3 years of experience as a Rooms Division Manager. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, alongside a commitment to guest service excellence.

Job description

As the Operations Manager you will report directly to the Cluster General Manager and oversee the daily operations of Cluster Hotels with a focus on rooms department and guiding the food & beverage department. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

  • Provide timely and thoughtful guidance coaching leadership and expert support to all departments.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel focusing on Rooms department.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with hotel policies and outstanding intuitive guest service while maximizing departmental profits.
  • Proactively and thoughtfully anticipate and prevent negative guest experiences through training; communication; planning and organizing.
  • Resolve any guest complaints handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance of companys hotel policies SOPs and any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Understand the importance of Guest Reviews on sites such as TripAdvisor Expedia & Google Reviews whilst replying in a timely manner.
  • Manage guest communication for prearrival inhouse and postdeparture via the communication tools.
Qualifications
