Overview

We are looking for an operations manager capable of overseeing all daily operations at and its group bringing structure efficiency and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Managing all daily operations across the company
• Coordinating internal teams (support creative logistics media buyers)
• Ensuring smooth execution of orders customer support workflows and timelines
• Implementing processes SOPs and operational improvements
• Monitoring KPIs and maintaining operational dashboards
• Managing communication with suppliers partners and external services
• Supporting product launches and peak seasons (Black Friday new brands)
• Troubleshooting operational issues and unblocking bottlenecks
• Overseeing or coordinating website updates and changes when needed
• Preparing the operational infrastructure for scale: new brands more volume more complexity
• Working closely with the founder on strategic and execution-related decisions

Qualifications

• Has real experience in e-commerce operations
• Is extremely organized reliable and execution-focused
• Has strong problem-solving skills and can stay calm under pressure
• Have experience in team management and recruitment
• Can build structure inside an environment that moves fast
• Has experience with online tools (Shopify Notion Slack support tools)
• Speaks fluent English
• Is available full-time and long-term
• Bonus : Has the ambition to grow into a Head of Ops COO position
