Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager specializing in Cybersecurity Sales. The successful candidate will manage client portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales cycles. A background in B2B sales with existing contacts in the IT sector is required, along with strong negotiation skills and a Bachelor's degree. Competitive salary between AED 15k - 20k based on experience.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as an Account Manager or relevant B2B sales.
- Existing contacts in the IT sector of Dubai or Abu Dhabi Market.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Apt Resources is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager specializing in Cybersecurity Sales to join our clients team. This position is ideal for a true sales professional who is passionate about cybersecurity and has the ability to connect with customers and drive sales initiatives that help protect businesses with cutting-edge security solutions.
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients building strong relationships understanding their unique security needs and delivering tailored solutions that maximize their cybersecurity posture. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to effectively communicate the value of our services and solutions in safeguarding their organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation proposal development to closing deals.
- Align client cybersecurity needs with tailored solutions and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for account management and client success.
- Develop account plans and regularly update on progress against targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and issue resolution.
- Track and report on key sales metrics forecasts and pipeline development.
- Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Must have 7 years experience as an Account Manager or relevant B2B sales.
- Experience in exceeding monthly company targets
- Must have existing contacts in IT sector of Dubai or Abu Dhabi Market
- Bachelors degree or higher preferred
- Must speak fluent English (Arabic will be an added advantage)
- Must bring top level executive relationships
- Must have strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
- Self-driven and motivated
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
The salary is AED 15k - 20k depending on experience and qualifications.
