Tasks

Caiz is seeking a crypto and tech-savvy Senior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will maintain and strengthen our brand presence as leaders in the crypto space by managing our existing social channels. The ideal candidate is engaged within the crypto sector, experienced with platforms like Twitter and YouTube, and eager to explore new crypto trends and cultures. You will report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Caiz’s social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content for social media posts and campaigns with strong writing skills
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals
• Track performance metrics, measure campaign success, and optimize based on data
• Run live events and AMA sessions
• Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns, adhering to deadlines
• Generate innovative social media ideas and campaigns
• Engage with the community online about our services
• Coordinate with other teams for cohesive brand messaging
• Identify growth opportunities for current channels and new platforms
• Coordinate social media distribution of research reports and product releases

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager
• Experience in community growth, preferably within crypto exchanges, wallets, or Layer 1 ecosystems
• Solid knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and trending topics
• At least 3-5 years of social media management experience
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated team player

Level of Studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
