• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership position.
• Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and optimize strategies.
• Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis techniques and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools for strategic planning.
