Qualifications

• Graduate with preference for PGD/MBA.
• 3+ years of experience in BI & Analytics projects, preferably in banking.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into documents for the development team.
• Manage stakeholders and act as a mediator between IT and Business partners.
• Plan project delivery timelines and ensure achievement.
• Design insightful screens and reports through wireframes.
• Manage escalations and ensure testing of new developments/ products.

Skills

Good understanding of banking domain

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Planning and organization skills

Ability to deliver results under stringent timelines

Flexibility to work on areas other than area of expertise if situation demands

Good understanding of SDLC

Ability to analyze the data and propose screens and reports

Education

Graduate
