Role Overview:
Sama X is seeking a hands-on and detail-driven Platform Delivery Lead to support the execution of our digital platforms — including customer portals, CRM, accounting, and business support systems. This role works closely with the CTO to align on evolving priorities, business needs, and technical enablers — then ensures seamless coordination and execution across vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Translate & Align: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to shape and document clear, actionable requirements based on agreed priorities with the CTO.
· Vendor Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for vendor teams, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
· Execution Tracking: Manage day-to-day delivery activities across multiple streams, keeping work on track and identifying risks early.
· UX/UI Review: Review design deliverables for usability, consistency, and alignment with the intended business outcomes; provide structured feedback to vendors.
· UAT: Plan and support structured user acceptance testing processes, ensuring business teams can confidently validate functionality before go-live.
· Governance & Compliance: Review deliverables from vendors and/or internal teams, validate invoices against work completed, and ensure all processes follow SamaX’s delivery and procurement policies.
· Cross-Platform Experience: Work across CRM platforms, accounting tools, customer service systems, and broader business support platforms to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 7 years of experience in project delivery, vendor coordination, or business systems implementation roles.
· Demonstrated ability to bridge business priorities and delivery execution across internal teams and external vendors.
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, financial/accounting systems, and business support systems (BSS).
· Strong eye for UX/UI design evaluation from a functional and business value perspective.
· Highly organized, proactive communicator with excellent documentation and coordination skills.
· Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-country, agile environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Success in This Role Means:
· Delivery partners are well-aligned, scoped, and moving efficiently.
· Business and tech stakeholders are informed, supported, and not bogged down with operational follow-ups.
· The CTO is equipped with clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs — enabling sharper strategic focus.
