The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consulting or private equity along with exceptional reporting and strategic analysis skills. Responsibilities include assessing investment materials, conducting financial analysis, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful deal evaluations.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or related field.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Proven experience in reviewing high-quality board materials and management reports.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess investment materials and board packs.
  • Perform valuation analyses and support deal execution.
  • Communicate findings to senior leadership and board members.
