This role requires strong technical knowledge in stand design and excellent client management skills, with a focus on measurable sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in experiential agencies or stand design/build contractors in the UAE.
- Achievement of AED 15M+ in annual sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of exhibition stand design and related technologies.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel across GCC and internationally.

About the Role:
Aspire Middle East is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for a leading exhibition stand design and build agency in Dubai, UAE.As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth in the exhibitions and experiential marketing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within stand design/build agencies, with the ability to lead business development strategies, manage client portfolios, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, to closing deals.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and production teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
