Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods from the warehouse to the designated delivery locations - Communicate with warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods - Monitor inventory levels and update the system accordingly - Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and reports - Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by working closely with the warehouse team and delivery drivers - Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during the transportation of goods - Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments - Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse operations and streamline processes - Train and supervise new dispatch staff as needed - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus - Proven experience as a Warehouse Dispatcher or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Forklift certification is a plus Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
