Remote Compliance Assistant: Admin & Reporting
Job summary
A trusted national provider of risk management solutions is seeking two Junior Compliance Administrators to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha. The candidates will assist senior compliance officers in reviewing documentation, processing data, and compiling reports. A qualification in Financial Planning, Law, or a related field is required. Familiarity with South African financial regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous. This role focuses on remote monitoring and operational support within a limited client-facing environment.
Qualifications
- Completed qualification in Financial Planning, Law, Business Economics, or related field.
- Familiarity with South African financial regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote monitoring of client files for compliance.
- Sample and evaluate recordings of calls.
- Record findings and compile summary reports.
- Provide operational support to compliance team.
- Assist during compliance audits and special projects.
