Job summary
A leading retail training organization in South Africa seeks individuals for a learnership, focusing on cross-training in sales and service desk operations. Candidates must be passionate about fashion, complete logbooks, and be ready for assessments. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing stock, and merchandising according to principles. A minimum commitment of 120 hours is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding merchandise.
- Merchandise the store according to principles.
- Perform payments and purchases using the POS system.
- Open new accounts and manage stock losses.
Skills
Education
The learnership will allow individuals to be cross-trained, making them able to operate on both the sales floor and the service desk of a retail outlet. Working with customers and stock will be a key focus area. To be successful in this position, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks; be prepared for assessments and found to be competent as a cross-trained sales consultant.
