To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers within the Retail Division. The Sales Representative will assist the customer in understanding the company's products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and experience

• Matric
• Sales / Marketing Diploma or Degree
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience within a Retail or Manufacturing environment
• Willingness to travel throughout KZN (nationwide when required)
• Computer Literate (Syspro)
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be willing to pursue new business opportunities (Cold Calling)
• Full understanding of design and production costs, including waste, downtime, scrap and rework
