Sales Account Executive - Loom

As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, driving client engagement and expanding our market presence in Hazelwood and beyond.
Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you'll manage and grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to our revenue growth. Your ability to understand client needs and articulate the value of our solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction & retention.
• Identify & pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, & market research.
• Prepare & deliver compelling sales presentations & proposals to existing & prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts & close agreements to maximise profits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, event attendance, & pipeline
updates using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, & competitor activities.
What You Bring:
You have a strong foundation in sales and marketing, with at least five years of experience in a commercial environment and a proven track record in roles such as Sales Executive or Account Manager. You’re known for your high energy, your ability to communicate clearly, and your knack for understanding what clients really need. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and confident using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Xero or Pastel. You’ve likely worked across multiple areas of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and feel comfortable engaging both in-person and online, including via social platforms used for
business development. Most importantly, you bring a passion for client service and a drive to exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
• National Senior Certificate (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (required).
