The successful candidate will support the Senior Property Accountant in managing accounting records, prepare financial reports, and oversee bank reconciliations. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in service charge accounting and be on the path to a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or AAT. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of property management software is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Property Accountant in maintaining accounting records.
• Prepare monthly service charge income and expenditure reports.
• Oversee completion of bank reconciliations for designated schemes.
• Assist with the service charge audit review at year end.
