Conducts strategic management of the property assets by maximizing capital value and net income for a specific set of properties in the region.

Strategic Asset Management

1. Strategic financial performance with emphasis on maximizing the net income growth of the Office portfolio and achieving budget. The goal is to achieve above market returns for the portfolio.
2. Fully responsible for compiling the consolidated budget for the portfolio of Office properties and manage/monitor the performance of the budget throughout the year. Presentation of this budget to the Head of Asset Management.
3. Fully responsible for aligning operational performance and excellence of the Office sector in conjunction with sector heads property management in accordance with the organizational objectives.
4. Authorization of appropriate Capex spend to enhance the portfolio.
5. Facilitate the deal-making process for the Office portfolio by guiding property management accordingly.
6. Negotiating, structuring, and concluding strategic deals.
7. Fully responsible for strategic management and growth of assets principally through identifying acquisition, development, and disposal opportunities including conducting due diligence.
8. Promotion of sustainability and energy generation initiatives within the portfolio.
9. Ensure that company goals and objectives are aligned with the asset management business plan and property management business plan.
10. Maintain and grow tenant relations with tenants.
11. New development and new business opportunity guidance.
12. Facilitate business-to-business opportunities in the sector and Company as a whole.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years with Office Property experience (at asset management level) with a minimum of 5 years Office sector experience.
2. Appropriate bachelor's degree in Property Management / Finance / QS Management.
3. PPRA registration
4. Strategic and high-impact decision-making level requiring advanced problem-solving capabilities.
