Printing Client Service/Production Co-Ordinator
Job summary
A printing solutions company in Johannesburg is seeking a Printing Client Service/Production Co-Ordinator to manage client relationships and coordinate print projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing, excellent communication, and project management skills. This role is vital for maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Printing experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal point of contact for Sales Reps and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide advice on print solutions including litho and digital printing.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of print projects.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet client expectations.
Skills
R9000-R15,000 (Depending on Experience)
Requirements:
- Printing experience advantageous

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal point of contact for Sales Reps and clients, addressing their print needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide advice on print solutions which includes litho, digital and speciality printing.
- Work with internal teams (Repro, production, despatch) to ensure seamless execution of print projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitor timelines, budgets and quality control to meet client expectations.
- Booking in of jobs upon quote approvals.
- Creation of work tickets.
- Checking and sending proofs to client timeously. Thereafter following up on approvals.
- Keep accurate records on Orders received.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Help develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
