As a Junior Designer, you’ll work across digital and print projects supporting campaigns, crafting visual assets, and collaborating closely with a creative and data-driven marketing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone curious, detail-focused and enthusiastic about growing in the design space.

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with basic video or animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
• Comfortable designing for both print and digital.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Portfolio showcasing your creative work using Adobe tools.
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and use constructive feedback.

• Design graphics and layouts for social media, presentations, print and branding.
• Assist senior designers on key projects and follow brand guidelines.
• Retouch images and prep artwork for production.
• Join creative brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to life.
• Support internal teams with PowerPoint and Canva design work.
• Participate in design reviews and respond constructively to feedback.
