Job summary
A local agricultural company is seeking a qualified candidate to manage teams in citrus production. The role includes overseeing efficient human resource planning, ensuring quality implementation of spray programs, and maintaining accurate irrigation control. Ideal candidates should possess citrus knowledge, leadership skills, and at least 2 years of managerial experience. Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word is essential.
