The role involves portfolio management, multi-entity accounting, billing and review, working with advisors, and cash flow reporting. The ideal candidate should have emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in business management, small CPA firms, or family offices
• Advanced Excel skills

• Prepare financial statements
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
• Sign off on payroll and sales tax returns
• Perform adjusting journal entries
• Client financial reporting
• Ensure timely bill payments
