A marketing agency is seeking an Operations Manager in Johannesburg to optimize operational systems and drive performance across departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agency operations, demonstrated P&L impact, and proficiency in ClickUp and GHL. This fully remote role offers a salary range from $2,900 to $4,000 per month.
We’re seeking a world-class Operations Manager to be the CEO’s primary operating partner - owning the operating system, execution rhythm, and cross-functional alignment that drive profitable, scalable growth.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll turn strategy into repeatable, measurable outcomes. You’ll orchestrate planning and delivery across Revenue Operations, Delivery/PMO, Client Success, People Ops (with CPO), Finance (with CFO), and Marketing enablement - ensuring our Scalable OS, ClickUp, and Go High Level (GHL) work as one truth for goals, work, and lifecycle performance.

Systems & Data Integrity
Walk us through a time you established “one source of truth” across work (ClickUp), pipeline/lifecycle (GHL), and finance. What integrations/KPIs did you implement, and what decisions improved as a result?
Portfolio or Work Samples
Provide 1 - 2 artifacts (e.g., operating review deck, KPI architecture, ClickUp governance model, lifecycle dashboard) with a short explanation of your role and the results (e.g., margin lift, cycle-time reduction, forecast accuracy).
