A growing retail company is seeking a Retail Store Manager in South Africa to oversee operations, sales, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma in Business Administration and at least 5 years of retail management experience. Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory control, and promoting customer satisfaction. This role offers a valuable opportunity to grow within a diversified retail group committed to employee development and performance excellence.
Qualifications
- 5 years related experience in retail sales with managerial experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate.
- Excellent skills in MS Office and retail systems.
Responsabilités
- Manage a retail store overseeing sales and inventory.
- Prepare an annual budget and manage branch controls.
- Promote customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
