Résumé du poste
A fast-food restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in fast-food service, strong management and organizational skills, and proficiency in GAAP/Micros is a plus. The position emphasizes profitability, team motivation, and compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or fast-food service.
- Experience with GAAP/Micros is advantageous.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
Responsabilités
- Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
- Ensure quality standards and SOP compliance.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
- Maximize profitability and motivate staff.
- Manage staff discipline and work rosters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
