Job summary
A leading executive recruitment firm in South Africa is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a CEO. This role entails managing the CEO's calendar, prioritizing communications, preparing briefings, and coordinating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting senior executives, possess strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A proactive approach and fluency in French are advantageous. This position demands flexibility in hours to match the CEO's availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant preferred.
- Ability to manage long, flexible hours to match CEO availability.
- Priority is a strong CEO/EA fit and alignment with working style.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar and daily workflow.
- Handle professional and personal administrative tasks.
- Screen and manage the CEO's communication channels.
- Prepare briefs, agendas, and documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
