A government funding agency in Gauteng is seeking a qualified legal advisor to assist with the legal strategy implementation and management of funding contracts. This role requires at least 6-8 years of legal experience, with significant skills in contract negotiation and compliance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing legal advice in complex environments and a clear understanding of public law.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years' experience in legal environment with 2 years at management level.
- Experience in drafting legal opinions and contracts.
- Proven ability to provide written and oral legal advice.
Responsabilités
- Assist with the implementation of legal strategies and framework.
- Provide legal advice on funding contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance monitoring.
