Renowned IT & Office Automation Company in Port Elizabeth is looking for an Executive HR Secretary to join their team.

1. HR Qualification is essential
2. Must have at least 2 years' experience working in HR
3. Proficient in Excel (Intermediate Level)

1. Serve as Executive Secretary to the Managing Director and Financial Manager
2. Assist the Admin and Finance Departments with administrative tasks
3. Update and maintain spreadsheets
4. Update reports and distribute them in a timely manner
5. Back scan and scan existing filing systems
6. Ensure efficient filing of all administrative paperwork
7. Maintain an up-to-date electronic filing system
8. Keep certified company documents (bank letters, resolutions, etc.) current
9. Update CRM (Custrack) with information, appointments, and leads
10. Improve employee relations, company culture, and foster respectful engagements
11. Advise management on employment law and regulatory concerns
12. Manage employee performance
13. Oversee Labour, POPIA, and Covid compliance, ensuring contractual obligations are met
14. Manage document confidentiality, distribution, security, and destruction
15. Oversee electronic document and content management
16. Develop procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and profitability
