As we scale our efforts in 2024 and beyond, we’re looking for an Marketing Operations Specialist (AI) who’s passionate about high growth and helping people land dream jobs.

The job in a nutshell

As a Marketing Operations Specialist (AI), you are a crucial member of our Marketing team, specializing in project management and the strategic integration of AI solutions to optimize processes. Your primary focus is on streamlining tasks and overseeing the delivery of hundreds of content and design pieces. Adept at utilizing AI to enhance efficiency, you excel in project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic implementation to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities extend to collaborating with external agencies and individuals, briefing them on deliverables and requirements related to content and design. While performance analysis is a collective effort with Content specialists, your strategic thinking plays a pivotal role in aligning each piece with performance objectives and overall organizational goals.

Beyond your operational responsibilities, you are a driving force in championing AI innovation within your squad and across the Marketing department. Positioned at the forefront of AI advancements in marketing, you have a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing operations, making a substantial impact on the growth and success of our organization.

You’ll spend time on the following

• Managing projects for the Marketing team to deliver a substantial volume of content and design pieces, by overseeing project status in Jira to ensure tasks are progressing according to deadlines and goals.
• Attending and actively participating in squad meetings to collaboratively work towards achieving team objectives.
• Engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand deliverables and requirements for content and design pieces, including briefing external agencies or individuals on project expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and creative needs.
• Tracking the performance and output of delivered content and design pieces in collaboration with Content specialists.
• Utilizing data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refining strategies accordingly.
• Championing AI innovation within your direct squad and the entire Marketing department.
• Collaborating closely with your manager to define AI strategy and implementation across all squads.
• Proactively learning about AI technologies and exploring opportunities for their application in marketing operations.
• Actively participating in ongoing learning initiatives, especially related to AI, to stay informed about advancements in the field.
• Proposing and implementing continuous improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• You have a strategic mindset to contribute to the development and implementation of AI strategies within the Marketing team
• You love numbers, know how to work them and understand what they tell you
• You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and utilizing analytics for continuous improvement
• You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup

Bonus points if…

• You have high AI proficiency, especially in process optimization and Marketing Operations
• You are very advanced in data analytics and able to run efficient content performance tracking
• You are familiar with the concepts of Content creation, Content SEO, and design processes
