Shopify Store Assistant: Help Fast-Growing Brands Streamline Their E-commerce Operations

• Store Management: Keep Shopify stores running smoothly by ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Product & Inventory: Manage product listings, including uploading and optimizing new items, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating restocks.
• Order Operations: Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, and processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Data Analysis: Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns.

• Hands-on Shopify experience: Familiar with the Shopify admin dashboard, store management, product uploads, or app integrations.
• Data proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication: Excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Zendesk, ClickUp, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Bonus: Technical experience with Shopify apps, themes, or SEO optimization.
