Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT Service Desk support (3rd line support).
• 5+ years experience supporting VMware hypervisor.
• 5+ years experience supporting Microsoft Systems (Servers, Exchange, Active Directory).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote 3rd line technical IT support for escalated tickets.
• Log and progress support tickets through the MSP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents.
