Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, and various business applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Standards and Alignment Reviews.
• Maintain and update Clients Standards templates.
• Conduct thorough checking of Clients' documentation.
• Identify Client technical risks and collaborate internally.
• Actively maintain Clients' infrastructure remotely.

Skills

Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting

VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization

Basic knowledge of Firewalls and Network architecture

MS Office support

Strong communication skills

Education

5+ years in IT Support or similar role

Active Server Certifications preferred
